We can only take the first fifteen people that sign up with us for this special weekend, and there are few spots remaining. We hope that you will join us November 12th through the 14th before diving into the hustle and bustle of the holiday season.  We will be returning to the magical mountain community of Idyllwild, to nurture ourselves with this weekend retreat filled with yoga, music, mantra, healing meditation, chi gong, nature and healthy nutrition – all done in an intimate setting for optimal well-being.
